How do I sign up for coaching?

You can sign up for coaching by clicking on “book a session.” Follow each screen prompt and you’ll be directed to the checkout page.

How can I redeem my free coaching session?

Free sessions are special invitations only. If you received one, you can redeem it by putting your special code into the coupon code section at checkout. Once you do, it’ll automatically redeem your free session.

What are the browser/application requirements for coaching services?

Video coaching: Since I use the Skype application to participate in video coaching, you will also need to have a Skype account in order to participate in video coaching with me. If you do not already have a Skype account, you can sign up for one here:


Email coaching: You will need to have an email account in order to use the email service. Once you purchase your session, you will be provided the email account to send your message to. I will respond to you and give you the guidance you’re looking for (please note: I will respond to your paid entry up to three different times).

How many sessions are recommended?

The Clarity Sessions are scheduled on a session-by-session basis so that you can feel comfortable with growing at your own pace and have your needs met every session. Based on your individual goals, I am more than willing to share if additional time will be beneficial for you. Overall, I want you to feel like you’re getting exactly what you need without having to sacrifice quality over cost.

Is coaching covered by insurance?

Since coaching is priced at a fraction of most services, it is not currently covered by insurance.


How do I order an item(s)?

Ordering your product is simple. Once you choose your item(s), and quantity of each item, simply click the “Add To Cart” button. You can continue shopping, but once you’re ready to place your order click “My Cart” to review your items, then select “Checkout/Proceed to Checkout” to purchase these items. From there, you will be guided through the checkout process. You can apply any coupons or promotional codes, by inserting them in the “Apply Coupon” section.

What if I want or need to return an item?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me by email at (between the hours of 10am-6pm CST) within 30 days of your purchase date. However, due to the uniqueness of my products and services, a refund will not be issued, but I will work on a customer-to-customer basis in order to correct any problems with the order.


If for any reason I make a mistake with your order (i.e. mistakes in workmanship, incorrect item order sent, etc.), then I will exchange the item or correct the order at absolutely no cost to you. However, if the replacement order is higher than the original order price, the customer will be charged the difference (including any applicable sales tax or processing fees that are incurred due to the new order).

Where do you ship and how long does shipping take?

Your order can be shipped directly to you or anyone else, anywhere within the world.


Most orders are shipped USPS standard delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation, processing and delivery of your items. All orders made after 3:00pm on Friday will begin processing the following business day (Monday). All orders made on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order number and receipt via email. Please keep your order number handy for any future correspondence.


Please note that shipping dates are only estimates developed by the carrier. If you reside in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (natural disaster, severe weather, etc.), please understand that your shipment may not arrive during the estimated time. If this occurs, please allow additional days for your delivery.

How do I change my account Information?

To view your account, select  “My Account” from the top of the page. Login using your email and password. Your information will be displayed on your personal welcome screen. To change your name or email address, select “Edit” from the “Contact Information” section of the page. To change your password, select “Edit Password”. To change your phone number or billing address select “Edit Address.”

What forms of payment do you take?

PayPal payments are accepted. Upon final checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal in order to complete your purchase. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for a free one on
